FAQ

What supplements should I buy?

The first thing to understand is that too little or too many supplements is bad for your health. Thus, you should never consume any supplements for which metabolic problems you are not diagnosed!

What is the best way to consumer my supplements?

YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CONSUMER YOUR SUPPLEMENTS WITH OILS OR FATS!  It is very important to plan your supplement intake, during or immediately after a fatty meal. Be sure to stick to saturated fats including large portions of any animal fats, coconut oil or cold-pressed olive oil.

NEVER CONSUME ANY OILS FROM SEEDS! This includes canola oil, sunflower, soybean, peanut, safflower etc.). These seed oils contain toxins that will damage your nervous system, bypassing your blood brain barrier. If you're interested in learning more, we encourage you to watch the video below:

Are there any supplements to boost my immune system, which I can take without any diagnostic test?

Yes, in our experience (subject to otherwise proven evidence-based testing by a certified medical doctor), you can always take up to 10 grams of Vitamin C daily, divided into at least 3 to 5 doses.

Be aware that starting a large abrupt intake may give you diarrhea for a few days. Try to start slowly in smaller quantities to build up your tolerance of these initial doses.

In addition, between 1 to 3 grams of Magnesium, combined with Vitamin C, divided into 3 to 5 daily doses, are recommended no matter any blood test. These two micro-nutrients will instantly strengthen your immune system.

You may also take two teaspoonful of Fish Oil50 mg-200mg of Zinc, 200mcg of Selenium daily and 2000 IU daily of Vitamin D3 when you are not exposed to enough sunlight)

All other supplement dosages need to be determined by a competent medical doctor based on empirical diagnostic testing!!!

Why do we need nutrients?

Nutrients are molecules in food that all organisms need to make energy, grow, develop and reproduce. Nutrients are digested and then broken down into basic parts to be used by the organism. There are two types of nutrients, macro-nutrients, and micro-nutrients. The three main categories of macro-nutrients include carbohydrates, protein and fat. The two types of micro-nutrients are vitamins and minerals. There are extra molecules that cells need to make energy.

How do I know what kind of nutrients I will need?

Around year 400 BCE lived Hippocrates Asclepiades, His name means descendant of the Doctor God Asciepiades. He is also called the Father of Modern Medicine. His work became the foundation for the world of medicinal science, that is even valid today. Most medical doctors worldwide still swear to the Hippocratic Oath! His philosophy of how to conduct the art of medicine is still the leading way of medical conduct. His quotes:

"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.

Wherever the art of medicine is loved, there is also a love of humanity.

You are what you eat.

Life is short, the art long...."

are still the basics of medicine as of today and has been proven to be the basis of a healthy lifestyle.

So how do you know what kind of nutrients you will need? First, consult with your local competent medical doctor or any other competent holistic medical doctor. Ask them for modern evidence based tests which may discover metabolic malfunctions due to lack of nutrients.

Most people are deficient in numerous nutrients.

You need to strictly adhere their test recommendations in order to nor under-dose or over-dose any nutrients!

What kind of food do I eat to stay healthy?

The only healthy food all creatures on this world should eat, is what nature has created and provided over millions of years. All man-made food is toxic. Try to strive for true natural foods, and stick to a strict Keto diet, Lion Diet, Stone-Age Diet, Carnivore Diet, Paleo diet or LCHF diet.

You are what you eat. Fast food is poison, and so are processed foods. The first step to returning to health is changing your diet. Find out what is the keto diet, and the positive effects that come from staying away from easily digested carbohydrates.

Why do I need dietary supplements and herbs?

Several hundreds of clinical tests, scientific research + double-digits of Nobel Prize winners have found that today's modified and polluted nutrients create severe metabolic disease syndrome.  This cannot be eliminated, compensated or treated without adding micro-nutrients herbs to your daily diet.

Can I add any micro-nutrients and herbs to my diet to cover all my needs?

It is as dangerous for your health to over-dose as it is to under-dose any nutrients in your body. Always base your intake on true evidence-based research. Always consult a competent medical doctor or get diagnosed at www.dial-a-doctor.info to provide evidence-based metabolic syndrome diagnosis tests.

Check the level of nutritious elements in your own cells before you consume any kind of supplements i.e. micro-nutrients or herbs!!!
